The FAMA / FEMSA Governmental Affairs Committee (GAC) is preparing to conduct 2026 Hill Day Meetings. As in previous years, the GAC is conducting a survey of FAMA and FEMSA member companies. The purpose of the survey is to capture company demographic data, including employee counts and business locations which will be used to develop maps that illustrate the size and distribution of our industry across the U.S. and Canada.
Past versions of the U.S. map have proven to be one of the most informative and forceful handouts presented annually to Congressional offices during Hill Day and throughout the year. This one visual powerfully illustrates the broad scope of our industry and its contribution to jobs and the economy within each state. It is extremely important to provide an updated map Congress during 2026 Hill Day Meetings as new Congressional members and leadership take the helm and determine the future re-authorization and funding of the AFG and SAFER programs.
